- Reality Model: a really interesting way to help explain why different people see things differently, and explains how complex communication is!
- Fight or Flight: a core model for all our work that explains how & why people respond to stress
- Our own Change Model, devised by us to explain the change journey in a simple 5-step fashion
- Conscious Incompetence: a handy way or understanding another aspect of the change journey, and our need to acquire new skills
- Mindmapping: we use this extensively within the site and this explains the technique
