This is a rather different product for us. It can be delivered in a couple of hours, and requires no special equipment. It can therefore be run easily over a long lunch hour.
It does two things:-
We first teach some of the principles of Change. As Change behinds with individual action, this is great place to start to apply these principles and the results lead to more clarity and less stress. We then teach the basics of Mindmapping , which is a very useful tool in itself. Then we get the candidates to review their life balance, assign priorities and build an action plan.
